Dries has been co-owner of Resor Residential since August 2024 and, as manager, holds overall responsibility for identifying promising development opportunities, the commercialisation and sale of new-build projects. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for real estate, he ensures the quality and success of every project.
As the direct point of contact for investors, Dries places great importance on clear communication and long-term relationships, from the initial introduction through to project completion. His commitment, expertise and strategic insight make him a valued member of the team and a trusted partner for all stakeholders.

As the link between landowners, developers, and the internal team, Mila identifies opportunities and ensures that projects receive the right follow-up. Thanks to her commercial mindset and proactive approach, she is able to detect opportunities at an early stage and guide them further through the development process. In addition, Mila supports the team’s day-to-day operations and helps ensure smooth collaboration between the various departments. With her fresh perspective, enthusiasm, and strong commitment, she actively contributes to process improvements and ensures that opportunities and projects are followed up efficiently and effectively.

Cédric focuses on prospecting new projects at Resor Residential. He researches potential plots, analyzes feasibility, and explores development opportunities. In addition, he is actively involved in the commercial side, where he contributes to commercialization and the sales process. Thanks to his flexible and personal approach, he easily switches between preparatory work and commercial follow-up. In this way, he helps realize high-quality projects where people truly feel at home.

Gilles was born and raised in a real estate family and soon got hung to it himself. This is why he went to New York City, where he learned the business of residential real estate. Once back home, it didn’t take long for JLL to get him aboard: the switch to professional real estate was a fact. With these experiences and tons of ambition, he founded Resor in 2018, to help real estate owners as a consultant with their commercial activities. Today it has become a succesful multidisciplinary business with 3 branches: Resor Residential, Resor Professional and Consultancy.

Frederique has assisted Resor since the very beginning as a graphic designer. With unique, well-thought-out, and powerful drawings, she turns the idea behind each project into a solid story that gets people dreaming. She does not shy away from any graphical challenge.
