Dieter's focus is on the development of high-quality new construction projects that perfectly meet the needs of our clients. He is responsible for detecting and researching new opportunities, successfully developing and commercializing the project and finally supervising its sale.

Gilles was born and raised in a real estate family and soon got hung to it himself. This is why he went to New York City, where he learned the business of residential real estate. Once back home, it didn’t take long for JLL to get him aboard: the switch to professional real estate was a fact. With these experiences and tons of ambition, he founded Resor in 2018, to help real estate owners as a consultant with their commercial activities. Today it has become a succesful multidisciplinary business with 3 branches: Resor Residential, Resor Professional and Consultancy.

The foundations of a successful project are laid with detailed preliminary research. An all-around player, Kenny* studies suitable locations for a quality project. Researching the possibilities of potential plots and studying the feasibility of a project provide a controlled start toward creating a new home. *Sinnaeve

Frederique assists Resor since the very beginning as a grafic designer. With unique, well thought out and powerful drawings she turns the idea behind each project into a solid story that gets people dreaming. She does not shy away from any grafical challenge.
